• Triphala Kwatha is a non-prescription Ayurvedic medicine mainly useful as a Rasayan (Delayes Old Age Problems), Eye Tonic, Mild Laxative in Constipation, etc. It improves vision - it is an eyesight enhancer.

• The appropriate dose of Triphala Kwatha depends on the patient's age, sex, and previous health problems. 

Method of Preparation

• Soak 10 to 20 gm Kwatha Powder in 500ml water for 8 hours. Boil it till 1/4 part remains. Filter it, and consume this decoction as per the physician’s advice.

Directions

•  Make a decoction and consume on an empty stomach once or twice a day.
